Live Arrival Guarantee

We take pride in our livestock as well as our shipping methods; however, sometimes and for whatever reasons, animals do not make it during shipping or die shortly thereafter.  Because of this our Company offers a Live Arrival Guarantee.  This is how it works:

-Money Back Guarantee if livestock is dead on arrival or dies within 12 hours of receipt of Fed Ex Delivery (confirmed tracking time)

-You must report any problems with your order to us by phone at (559) 640-REEF (7333) or by email to sales@coralz.net  within 12 hours of receipt of your package from Fed Ex (confirmed tracking time)

-Dead livestock must be photographed (at least 2 photos) and sent to our facility as well as returned to our facility.  The item must be photoraphed out of the bag on a white background (preferably).  We will reimburse return shipping at time of refund.  Also, prior to issuance of refund you must complete our Live Arrival Guarantee Claim Form which will be emailed to you

-If box is damaged upon shipping, we request that you email a picture of the outside of the box as well as the inside of the box to our office

-Someone must be available at your place of delivery to sign for your package.  We are not responsible for any orders that are left on the porch or outside of your residence

-If we do not receive all necessary items mentioned above in order to process your claim for refund within 30 days, your claim will be closed

-Deaths due to compatibility are not covered under the above guarantee.  If you have any questions regarding compatibility, we ask that you please refer to the description of the item or contact us prior to your purchase.  We recommend that you test your water parameters prior to adding any new livestock to your system.

-The above will be reviewed upon receipt and issue the appropriate credit or refund to you within 3 business days
